Stay to Play Policy:
All teams and individuals requiring overnight accommodations and located more than 75 miles from the field must stay at an approved partner hotel. Each team is expected to book a minimum number of rooms, which is either 75% of the final rooming list or 8 rooms per team, whichever is greater.
If a team books fewer than 8 rooms, a $100 fee will be charged, payable upon receipt and before the team can play.
Teams within a 75-mile radius of the fields are exempt from this policy. If you believe your team qualifies for an exemption, you must complete a Waiver Request Form. The waiver must be approved and filed before the tournament start date.
If a waiver is not on file and you have not booked through Impact Housing, it will be assumed that you booked outside of the policy. In this case, a payment link for $400 will be sent to the team contact, payable upon receipt and before the team can play.
