Home Run Derby, Fastest Man and 6-4-3 Team Relay competitions will take place on Friday July 18th beginning at 5:30PM.
Any player playing in the Action Sports League 12&Under can sign up for this event.
Home Run Derby
Each player gets a 1 minute running clock. Top 4 players in each age division will face off in a Semi-Final and Final Round. Semis and Finals will be 1 minute with no time outs. In the event of a tie for one of the top 4 spots we will do a 1 minute swing off for a place in the top 4.
Fastest Man
Each player will have 2 chances to run from 1st base to home. The best of the 2 times will be submitted for that player.
6-4-3 Team Relays
Teams will consist of 3 players. When registering, please be sure you have 3 players lined up for this event. Teams will turn a 6-4-3 Double Play. A routine ground ball will be rolled by hand, once the ball touches the glove the time will start. Time will stop once the ball is caught by the 1st baseman. Each team will get 3 chances. We will take the fastest of the 3 times.
Details regarding times and which field your player will be participating will be provided 2 weeks before the event date.

Stay-to-Play Policy Teams
Booking Requirements
All teams and individuals requiring overnight accommodation outside a 75-mile radius from the field (calculated from the registration address only) must book through Book Your Block’s designated booking portal.
Non-Compliance Fee Structure
To ensure fairness and encourage compliance, the following fee structure applies:
- $30 per room below the required 8-room minimum.
Example: Booking 5 rooms → $90 fee (3 rooms short × $30).
- Flat $500 fee for teams that:
• Do not book through Book Your Block.
• Do not submit an Exemption Request within 30 days of registration.
• Are found to be non-compliant after the booking deadline.
Exemption Criteria
- Teams located within 75 miles of the venue may request an exemption.
- Submit an Exemption Request within 30 days of registration.
- If no Exemption Request is on file and no booking is made through Book Your Block, a $500 non-compliance fee will be issued.
Hotel Inventory & Group Block Requests
Book Your Block contracts hotel rooms based on projected team needs and tournament size. Room inventory is added according to demand and availability.
