3rd Annual Action Sports Top Gun Showcase will feature some of the best baseball players from the Dayton area. Each team from the Action Sports Spring/Summer league will have multiple players selected to participate in this event. Players will be elected by Action Sports Staff members. Skill level, leadership, effort and passion will all be taken into consideration during the selection process.
Each player elected to participate in the all star games will receive a jersey.
Friday Night July 18th will feature skills challenges such as a home run derby, fastest man in the world and 6-4-3 Team Relay. Players will be drafted onto their teams and notified 2 weeks before the event start date.
All Star games will be played on Saturday & Sunday 7/19-7/20

Booking Requirements
All teams and individuals requiring overnight accommodation outside a 75-mile radius from the field (calculated from the registration address only) must book through Book Your Block’s designated booking portal.
Non-Compliance Fee Structure
To ensure fairness and encourage compliance, the following fee structure applies:
- $30 per room below the required 8-room minimum.
Example: Booking 5 rooms → $90 fee (3 rooms short × $30).
- Flat $500 fee for teams that:
• Do not book through Book Your Block.
• Do not submit an Exemption Request within 30 days of registration.
• Are found to be non-compliant after the booking deadline.
Exemption Criteria
- Teams located within 75 miles of the venue may request an exemption.
- Submit an Exemption Request within 30 days of registration.
- If no Exemption Request is on file and no booking is made through Book Your Block, a $500 non-compliance fee will be issued.
Hotel Inventory & Group Block Requests
Book Your Block contracts hotel rooms based on projected team needs and tournament size. Room inventory is added according to demand and availability.
